My 91yr old mum her first time out out since recovering from an operation.
After having her hair done & visiting the butchers we needed to order an Uber who were unfortunately very busy but whilst we waited we had a lovely sandwich from the butchers and the friendly lady from the post office brought my mum a cuppa which unfortunately we forgot as I collected bags and supported mum to the taxi when it arrived
What a fantastic show of customer service, support and kindness

I walk further to get to this post office.... By far the most efficient and friendly post office in the area. They think of every little detail..... moist sponges so you don't need to lick the envelope.... offer sellotape to make sure package is secure. They are knowledgeable of the Post Office and Royal Mail systems and procedure. Plus, in my opinion, the best selection of greetings cards in Stafford. I didn't have to queue today but when I do its work the wait. Thank you to the staff!
