I had to return a parcel that contained rather personal content and I was treated with respect and sensitivity when disclosing what was inside . I was served by a wonderful young lady in her early thirties with dark hair , so polite and extremely well presented . Professional in her attitude and work ethic , this young lady is a credit to Birkdale Post Office who restored my faith in humanity with her kindness , understanding and genuine smile . This lady is a diamond …

This is the easiest, most efficient, best post office I’ve ever dealt with. Admittedly, I’m American and I’ve mostly dealt with American post offices — which can be pretty hideous — but this one is brilliant and visits never take more than a few minutes. A+++

Have found the staff so helpful and knowledgeable each time I’ve been in. Will rather go out of my way to visit this branch than any other whenever I need something from the post office counter.

I want to say that this post office offers a fantastic service. Friendly staff. I fast tracked my passport application there. Whilst there was a problem with the passport issued, it was not a post office error. The post office owner, Ian was most helpful. He had direct communication with the passport office. Was advised as to what we should do to sort this. And was available to ensure the passport queries were addressed and the passport returned. It is nice to see helpfulness like this these days. Thankyou
