This is one of the friendliest Post Offices I have ever visited!! There is never a real queue, unlike most I visit, Adelle, Stacey and Sue are some of the most gorgeous ladies I have met in the Post Office world, they are always extremely helpful, always smiling, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I always travel here instead of going to my local one, because these ladies are so wonderful!! Its a shame that the bad reviews they have received in the past, before Adelle bought it, still affect the ratings since she has been in charge. I honestly believe that if the reviews from before she took over were removed, the star rating would be FIVE Stars, not what is showing in the review page... Keep up the good work ladies, you make coming going to the Post Office a pleasurable experience, not a chore!! Thank You All!! xx

I popped into the Post Office at Wickersley, Rotherham this morning to post a parcel.
This is something I do fairly regularly.
I noticed this card on the counter so thought I would share my thoughts.
The two ladies working there were wonderful helpful, knowledgeable and gregarious.
The Post Office which is busy at times has the atmosphere of an old village post office where it still holds a ‘social place’ within the community but this is a modern venue with delightful staff. As branches of banks are closing right, left and centre the Post Office remains steadfast and now provides the same service.

Stacey is not only so very beautiful, she is efficient, warm, kind, thoroughly gorgeous, confident in her abilities, always polite and helpful to the enth degree. Her smile is contageous and always brightens up my day when I go there...
I think the negative reviews must be for the Thurcroft PO or the old Laughton common one, definitely not related to the wonderful, helpful staff here... Oh, and did I say Stacey is absolutely gorgeous???
Thank you for all your hard work!! You make a trip to the PO a pleasurabke expeience!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
