I travel to Ribbleton Post Office despite living outside the area, for one reason only, Lucy 😊 She is the backbone of the Post Office. Always smiling, friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble for her.
Lucy is what I would describe as a real grafter. Not only does she do her own job brilliantly, she is constantly supporting colleagues, answering queries and helping train new members of staff.
I always know my parcels are in safe hands with Lucy, which is why I will continue to use this Post Office. She is an absolute credit to your team 💗 -

Fantastic service today as usual. If only all businesses were as welcoming and efficiently run as this operation then perhaps the economy of the country would be much more healthy. Well done and thank you for the years and years of service. Merry Christmas!
