Always smiling, friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble for her.nLucy is what I would describe as a real grafter. Not only does she do her own job brilliantly, she is constantly supporting colleagues, answering queries and helping train new members of staff.nI always know my parcels are in safe hands with Lucy, which is why I will continue to use this Post Office.
