The shop and Post Office has been recently relocated to a new site, and undergone some significant upgrades.
The staff are great, as they always have been, and the product offering has expanded greatly.
I now make a near daily walk to the shop to get a nice cold soft drink from the “Drinks Cage” on my lunch break.
The only issue I have with this new site, is that it is ROASTING… it’s near unbearable levels of heat for more than a few minutes, and to the point nearly all the chocolate bars on offer are just puddles within their wrappers.
I don’t know if it’s due to the recent weather we’ve had, if the drinks/BWS “cages” are venting their hot air into the shop, or a combination of the two but o hope it is rectified.
I shall monitor and adjust rating appropriately in future :) -

the people who work there are really nice and friendly. its really easy to put money in the bank and all. its just a little expensive but not crazy expensive and the rows (??) are a little small and a bit hard (and awkward) to walk through them if someone else is coming the opposite way. love the place though, theyve got plenty of sweets and drinks that i love about it

I’ve never had an issue with this post office, I’ve also never needed to use the post office side of it, I’ve only called in for a drink/kids treats etc. I do think there aren’t enough options but compared to other shops in the area the shelves are well stocked and organised.
