Absolutely incredible team at Jag Express. Jack provides fast, professional and clear communication. He is willing to answer any questions and is clearly very experienced with international deliveries. I was seriously impressed with the quality of service. The courier who collected my parcel was also very dilligent and efficient. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about Jag Express and would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service, I will definitely use them again and would recommend without hesitation. I booked a dry ice delivery of saliva samples between two labs in the UK. The entire process was very fast, smooth and easy to navigate. From booking to delivery, Jack was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, they provided all the packaging and labelling needed, confirmed collection and delivery, everything was on time, samples arrived in the condition required. Overall a very smooth experience.

Jag Express were really helpful and patient with my recent shipment to the Netherlands (from the UK). They provided dry ice, temperature sensors and the packaging for the delivery of important medical samples. Always responsive over email and phone to make sure the process went well.

  This company is beyond amazing!
Jack kept me updated through every single step of the process, and got my hazardous package through customs with no issues. Hands down, this is the best company I've worked with and I am looking forward to using them again in the future. Thank you again!
