Popped in today and the branch was clean and tidy. Staff member behind the counter was friendly and sorted my parcel quickly. It’s my local post office and they provide a great service to the Sparkhill community. Much better than queuing at the big supermarkets. Would recommend.

I had a very positive experience at the Post Office. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit especially Mubashar. Everything was handled efficiently, and I didn’t have to wait long.
They made the whole process simple and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. It’s great to see such excellent customer service. -

I’ve been using Sparkhill Post Office for years and the staff are always really helpful. They’re especially patient with my mum who doesn’t speak much English. They take time to explain things and never make her feel rushed. It’s a busy branch but they do their best for everyone. 5 stars from me.

I just want to take a moment to say something truly from my heart about Shah G, who works at our local post office. From the very first day I met him, I could tell there was something special about him. His kindness, respect, and beautiful manners immediately touched my heart. Every time I’ve met him since, he’s shown nothing but genuine care, patience, and humility — qualities that are so rare to find these days.
He always greets everyone with a smile and treats people with such respect, no matter who they are. His calm nature and gentle words bring comfort to those around him, and you can tell he truly means it when he asks how you’re doing. It’s not just part of his job — it’s who he is as a person.
People like Shah G remind us that goodness still exists in this world. His humble personality and pure heart make such a difference in our community, and I truly admire him for that.
May Allah bless him with endless happiness, success, and good health. May He reward him for his sincerity, his kindness, and the way he treats others with respect and compassion. Ameen. 🤍
