I cannot thank the ladies in Beccles post office enough. I applied for my passport and did it with them in the shop. After almost 2 weeks the passport office said the picture wasn't clear enough and emailed to say it couldn't be processed. I went I to the post office in town again this afternoon and they re took the photo sent it off electronically and almost instantly got a message from the passport office to say it had been accepted. I was dreading how long it was going to take for it to be looked at again. Thanks ladies x
